When does Snaptolist launch?

Do I need to download an app?

Yes. Snaptolist is an iPhone app, so it can use your phone's camera properly: several exposures per shot, a live level and steady-hand guide, and shooting even when the property has no signal. Waitlist members get the download link first.

Will it work with my phone?

Snaptolist launches on iPhone first. If you're on Android, join the list anyway and tell us in the quick questions after you sign up. We'll use those answers to decide when Android comes next.

What will it cost?

You'll pay per finished photo, with no subscription required. We'll share founding member pricing with the waitlist before launch, and it will be a fraction of what you pay a photographer today. Your first three photos are free.

Will the photos look fake?

No. The goal is real estate photography, not an AI filter. Snaptolist won't change the architecture, invent features or add rooms. If it can't confidently fix something, it leaves it as shot, and your original is always kept.

Is virtual staging allowed on MLS listings?

Most boards allow virtual staging when it's disclosed and doesn't misrepresent the property. Snaptolist will support a "Virtually staged" label and always keeps the unstaged original. Check your local board's rules for specifics.
